We’re an organization started by two Harvard Business School students, designed to help people save on their student loans.
Since 2018, we’ve been working hard to better understand borrowers and the student loan market. Every year since our start, we’ve been able to negotiate a better option through the power of collective bargaining.
Now, we’re looking to help people who are in the process of paying off their student loans, and research how we can assist.

Learn about our Study
The questions we ask are designed to screen participants into several potential study groups.
The first group is to understand the current student loan market. If selected, we’ll ask you a few questions about your student loans - we want to know what interest rates your student loans currently are set at.
We’ll send you a $5 Amazon gift card for this information.
A subset of the first group will be selected for a mystery shopper program where you’ll receive quotes (with no effect on your credit score) from three student loan consolidation companies and provide us with the results.
For this information, we’ll send you a $50 Amazon gift card.
A subset of the second group will be eligible for a 1:1 interview with someone from the Juno team. This is a 15 minute conversation. We’ll ask you some questions about the offers you see to better understand your perspective.
For this interview, we’ll send you an additional $50 Amazon gift card.
